(devisees in trust under will of Emm Corall, late Baginton, widow, deceased) to James Henry Leigh, Stoneleigh and Adlestrop for £411 of close of land (4 ac. 2r. 11p.) near Rookey Lane [see DR18/10/77/19-21]. Reciting: Will 14 July 1804 of Emm Corall devising premises to trustees for sale. Proved in PCC 25 Feb 1818.
