Description
Attested copy, dated 7 January 1625/1626 of bargain and sale by Lancelot Spooner, Nuthurst, gentleman, and Mary his wife to John Digby, Tanworth, gentleman and Dorothy his wife, for £200 of messuage and appurtenances in Nuthurst known as Braggs Tenement in the occupation of Lancelot Spooner, together with three enclosed crofts belonging thereto.
