Lease for 1000 years by way of mortgage and to secure repayment of £33 from John Watton, Nuthurst, yeoman to Francis Aylesbury, Packwood, yeoman of a close of 6 acres known as Further nether leasowes, shooting on a meadow of Sir William Jesson in the tenure of John Tysoe; also the hethermost nether leasowes adjoining the above and the King's highway. Which two said closes were formerly part of grounds called Rye Fields, all in Nuthurst.
