Conveyance by lease and release (lease missing) from the Rt. Hon Thomas, Lord Archer of Unberslade, to Isaac Ingram of Nuthurst, gentleman for £1,200 of a messuage at Lapworth Hill in Lapworth with buildings, orchards, gardens and lands belonging to the same with lands called the House Close, the Rough Close, the Coppice, the Broom Close, the Peartree Close, the little New Close or little New Leasow, the Great Leasow or Great Close called Broadmeadow Leyes, the Calves Close, the Berryfield, the Aullars or Ollars, a piece of land containing 6 acres and a lane leading into certain of the said lands, all which property lying in Lapworth between the highway leading from Henley to Birmingham on the east, the land formerly of ...... Jesson of Coventry, then of William Jesson of Sutton Coldfield esquire and now of the said Isaac Ingram on the north, other land late of the said William Jesson and now of the said Lord Archer in the tenure of William Pars on the west and the land formerly of Robert Clerk and now of the said Isaac Ingram on the south, which said property was lately in the tenure of Joseph Robinson but now of Joseph Kemp; also a messuage with barns, stables and out-buildings belonging to the same and 6 closes called the Middle Hill Close, the Little Hill Close, the further Hill Close, the Butts, the Middle Close and the meadow, in Nuthurst in Hampton in Arden, now in the tenure of John Greenhill, and lately purchased with other lands by the said Lord Archer from the said William Jesson; to hold for ever.
