Gift with warranty from William de Vlhale to Stephen son of William de Heyles of Pacwode for his homage and service for 60s. of 3 parcels of land in Lister Leye, one parcel extending in length from the land of Roger de Bruga as far as the King's Highway leading from Coleshulle to Henley and in breadth between the road leading from Munckespathe to Listerleye and the lands of Walter de Listerleye and Walter son of Roger Brun, another parcel extending in length from the road leading from Munckespath' to Listerleye to the lands and tenements of Walter son of Roger Brugia and lying in breadth between the King's Highway and the land of Walter son of Roger, and the third parcel extending from the corner of the land of Reginald Berercham following the road leading from Munckespathe to Listerleye as far as the King's Highway and following the said road as far as my fee and the fee of Philip de Parles and following the same boundary as far as the corner of the land of John Salomon lying next to the said boundary following the said land of John Salomon as far as the corner of the land of the said Reginald lying next to the said road to Munckespathe and Listerley; to hold freely from the grantor and his heirs, rendering annually 16d.
