James Roberts, Stoneleigh and Mabell his wife (formerly Corall), under powers in terms of their marriage settlement 5 and 6 Nov 1773 (recited) of New Field, Kenilworth (9 acres) to the use, after decease of said James Roberts and Mabell Roberts, of their children James Corall Roberts, Trinity College, Oxford, gent. and Sarah Emma Roberts, Stoneleigh, spinster.
