Gift with warranty by Roger, son of Richard Baldewyn of Chesterton to William de Fermisham of Chesterton, of eight acres of land in the fields of Chesterton: of which one acre lies on Kinlanesdon of which half an acre is land of William de St Maur [Seymour] and the other is land of Thomas Franceys; half an acre on Warihul is land of Thomas Francis; half an acre on Deneland is land of John de la Broke; one acre under 'le Buth...', of which half an acre is land of William de St Maur and the other half is the proper land of the grantor. And three and a half acres lie in the field facing the grove in the western part of 'Barndone', of which one acre is land of William de St Maur, half an acre is land of John de la Broke, half an acre which extends to 'les Puttes'[?] is land of Thomas Francis, half an acre on Caluenhul is land of John de la Broke, half an acre on Stanhul is land of William de St Maur, and half an acre lies beside Orinchester [?] and extends to Thranebroke; half an acre lies beside the grove and extends into Axemere, half an acre lies beside the Grove between the lands of John de Broke and Richard le Ven', and half an acre lies on Boernardefurlong, between the lands of William de Fermisham and John de Caldecote.
