Devises messuage and lands in Maxstoke, late in the occupation of John Whadcock, now of testator, to Benjamin Palmer of Olton End, Solihull, gent. and John Harrison of Solihull `chirurgion', as trustees to sell and use funds to discharge debts and redeem mortgages on premises called The Pinfold in Solihull where testator dwells. Residue to be divided equally between mother, Jane and his sisters, Mary, Jane, Elizabeth, Margaret and Martha. The Pinfold and appurtenances devised to his mother for life, with reversion to sisters equally. Personal estate to mother who sole executrix
