Description

Lease by George Hart of Stratford-upon-Avon Labourer to Thomas Hart of same place labourer (eldest son of the said George) of several messuages with appurtenances in Henley Street in the occupation of Daniel Hobbis, Edward Lightfoot, John Yeates, Mary Walter and the said Thomas Hart for a term of 500 years at a rent of one peppercorn and the said Thomas covenanting with the said George to pay the principal and interest due on the said premises due upon the mortgage dated the 4th July 1730 and described in TR46/1/18 to pay all taxes and other outgoings charged upon the premises and to keep them in repair. Signed by the mark of George Hart. Seal of red wax a chevron between two boar's heads coupled. Witnesses Dionysius Bradley and Wm. Azelwoood.
