Description

Settlement whereby Edward Wyllys of Kyngesmorton Worcs Yoeman conveyed to William Wastell of Aston County Warwick and Edward Wyllys of Handsworth Staffs a plot of groung 17 feet square with the buildings thereon ' latelie erected and buylded ' in Henley Street 'betwixt the freholde of one John Shakespeare on the west side and the freeholde of the aforesayd Edward Wyllys on the east side together also with one little backside thereunto belonging conteyninge in lengthe from the sayd plott of ground on the west syde eith yardes, on the east syde eleven yardes and a haulfe, an in breadthe at the upper ende towardes the plott of ground latelee buylded upon seventene footes, and at the other ende towardes the Gill Pittes two yardes and a haulfe' all which premises were then in the occupation of the said Edward Wyllys to hold the same to the use of the said Edward Wyllys of Kyngesnorton for his life and thereafter to the use of Symon Wastell of Aston County Warwick later kinsman of the granter and the heirs of his body and in default of such issue to the said William Wastell and the heirs of his body an in default of such issue to the said William Wastell and the heirs of his body and in default of such issue to the right heirs of the said Edward Wyllys.
