Description

Release of Alice Bragden of Stratforde upon Avon, widowe of Thomas Bragden of the same place, wollen draper deceased to Edward Wyllies of Kingsnorton, Worcs., Yoeman and Edward Willyes of Hornsworth, Staffs., nailor, of her right to dower in two messuages with appurtenances in Henley Street called the Bell then in the occupation of Thomas Romney in consideration of £5 paid to the said Alice. Signed by the mark of Alice Bragden Seal of red wax no impression. Witnesses: Richard Brookes, Thomas Willis and Thomas Chaunders. This deed is torn into two pieces. Formerly listed as ER2/37
