Description

Settlement whereby Edwarde Willyes of Kingsnorton Worcs yoeman convenanted to aforesaid of 'one plott of grounde conteyninge seaventene footes square... and the edifices and buildings thereupon latelee erected and builded ' in Henley Street betwixte a tenement late John Shakespeare on the weste side, and the messuage of the aforesaid Edwarde Willyes on the easte and also of land in one littell backeside thereunto belonginge conteyninge in lengthe from the said plott of grounde on the weste side eighte yardes and on the east side eleven yardes and a haulfe, and in breath at the upper ende towarde the said plotte of grounde latelie buylded upon seaventene footes, and at the neather ende towards the Gilpittes two yardes and a halfe ' to the use of Edward Willies for his life and after his death to the use of Symon Wastell of Hornsworthe Staffs cutler and his heirs forever.
