Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 18th October 1808 Samuel Morris of Stockport Cheshire Gent, Joel Morris of West Bromwich Staffs. Chandler, Benjamin Reddell of Birmingham Sword Cutler, John Nock of West Bromwich Staffs. Traveller and Thomas Morris of Birmingham Button Maker (who were each seised of an undivided fifth moiety of the premises thereby conveyed) to George Barke of Stratford upon Avon Gent of a messuage with appurtenances in Henley Street theretofore in the occupation of John Keen and then of Susannah widow of Leonard court for the sum of £350 paid by George Barke. Signed Samuel Morris, Joel Morris, Benjamin Reddell, John Nock and Thomas Morris. Seal of red wax. Witnesses J. Bamhurst and Robert Hobbs, Attornies of Stratford upon Avon. John Baddeley Attorney of Stockport and Henry Hardgreaves his clerk. 3 membranes. Lease by Samuel Morris, John Morris, Benjamin Reddell, John Nock and Thomas Morris to George Barke of the same premises for one year. Signed sealed and witnessed as before.
