Description

Copy Probate of the will of John Reason of Otterborne Hants Gent whereby the Testator devised and bequeathed to Richard Sanders of Warwick timber merchant and Charles Wittman Benny of Southampton Grocer, whom he also appointed his Executors, all his seal and personal property (including the premises in Henley Street described in No 80(95) upon trust for sale and conversion and to apply the rent and profits thereof for the benefit of the Testators daughter Mary wife of George Barke during her life and after her life and after her death upon trust for the children of the said Mary who should attain 21years in equal shares. Witnesses Jas. Warren, Southampton Wm.Goodman and Eliz.Warren Junr. Proved by Richard Sanders and Charles Benny----------in the Archdeaconry of Winchester on the 14th May 1830. Sworn under £1300.
