Lease and Counterpart by Charles Whittman Benny theretofore of Southampton but then of Winchester Hants (surviving trustee and executor of the will of John Reason decd.) with the privity and consent of Mary Barke of Barnes Surrey (daughter of John Reason decd.) Henry Barke and June Barke (children of the said Mary who with their mother were the persons beneficially entitled under the said will of John Reason) to Thomas Deacle Gill of Stratford upon Avon wine and spirit merchant of the premises described in No95 therein described as a messuage with yard, garden, granary and buildings adjoining thereto together with the building theretofore used as a coach office at the bottom of the garden. Together with a right approved for the said Thomas D. Gill his executors admins.assign agents at all time during the term thereby created, up and down the yard leading to the Guild Pitts from the said messuage for a term of 14 years from the 25th March then ensuing at a yearly rent of £43 Lease and Counterpart signed CW.
