Indenture by way of further mortgage whereby George Barke of Stratford upon Avon Gent devised to Thomas Cresswell of Stratford upon Avon Gent the premises described in No 80/95 for a term of 2000 years, upon trust to sell and until such sale to secure the payment of £500 to John Ward under the mortgage described in No 80/95 and the interest thereon and subject thereto to secure the repayment of several sums then owing by George Barke to John Reason of Grove Park in the County of Warwick Gent.
