Description

Conveyance by Charles Whittman Benny of Kings Watley Hants (surviving devise in trust under the Will of John Reason decd. (see No 106) at the request of Mary Barke of Barnes Surrey widow (only surviving child of John reason decd.) and Henry Barker of Staines Middlesex and June Barke of Mortlake Surry Spinster (the two children of the said Mary Barke) to Thomas Thomson of Leamington Priors Doctor of Medicine, William Oakes Hunt Solicitor, David Rice Surgeon and Edward Fordham Flower Common Brewer all of Stratford upon Avon of a building theretofore a stable but then used as a primitive Methodist Chapel with appurtenances in the Guild Pitts adjoinig to other premises then recently purchased by persons of the 4th part and delineated on a plan theretofore in consideration of £135 paid to the said C.W. Benny by the persons of the 4th part.
