Maxstoke Priory lordship
Description
Conveyance by Hon. George Watson, late of Westminster, now of Aston, Northants to Edward, Lord Leigh and Mary his wife, together with Hon Thomas Leigh, Newhouse, Coventry, esq., son of Lord Leigh of the trust estates created by deeds of 23 and 24 May 1710 to secure the payment of the debts of Thomas Holbech, father of Mary, and of a portion of £12,000 for Ann., sister of Edward. The trusts having been fulfilled, Watson, the surviving trustee, conveys to Lord Leigh.
