Description

John Dolphyn, William Fulford and John Greene who, with Simon Grove, deceased, held among lands in Tanworth, land called Sponneland late in the tenure of Alexander Blike, now Christopher Sadeler, by gift of John Dolphyn the elder, late of Tanworth, deceased, for the benefit of Margaret, daughter of John. Now the said John, William, John, Margaret, togeher with Thomas Palmer, husband of Margaret, grant to William Dolphyn of Bordesley, barker, and annual rent of nine shillings nad sixpence arising from the said lands, for twleve years Dated at Tanworth the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, 13 Edward IV Tags fior two seals, only one survives: small, with saltire device
