Conveyance by lease and release from William Green, late Kenilworth now Coventry, yeoman; Elizabeth Green, Frankton, spinster; Thomas Langham, Monks Kirby, labourer and Hannah his wife to James Henry Leigh, Stoneleigh Abbey for £420 of piece of land in Kenilworth containing 4 ac. 3r. 18p. and was allotted to Thomas Riley in 1756 at enclosure.
