Description
Rent collectors account book for the Priory Estate, Warwick, with the rents being handed over to Sir Simon Archer as the executor of the will of the late Sir Thomas Puckering. The Priory Estate included properties in the town which formerly belonged to the Priory of St Sepilchre, Warwick and the Guild of Warwick, as well as the Manor of Lillington, 1647-52. Small 4o. Inscribed on cover with indistinct contemporary note. In later hand: Rental c. 1647.
