Telegram, dated 7 January 1964, from Eugene R Black, Chairman of the World Bank, and President of the American 1964 shakespeare Committee to Levi Fox, Director of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, expressing Mrs. Jacqueline Kennedy's regret that she is unable to attend celebrations, but is undertaking no public engagements. Mr Black accepts invitation to propose toast at Quartercentenary Banquet, With menu card for banquet held in Stratford on 25 April 1964
