1878-1886 Notes of hand and receipts to James Vincent from his brother Thomas and his sister Ann Clark. 1847 1868 Insurance policy of Thomas Vincent, Tiddington, matting and putching [wicker] maker and fisherman in re house and adjoining cottages in Tiddington. 25 October 1872 Assignment by Henry Warmington, Welford, butcher to James Vincent, Stratford-upon-Avon, Waterside, stonemason, for remainder of lease for lives granted 30 Dec 1820 of cottage, hovel, land and premises in Wilmcote, Aston Cantlow, for £50. Enclosed: 30 Dec 1820 Lease for 3 lives by Henry, 2nd Earl of Abergavenny to John Warmington, Wilmcote, yeoman at 1/6d p.a. and £12 premium. The lives are John aged 31, Ann his daughter aged 6, and George his son aged 3. Recited: 31 Dec 1852 Further lease to John Warmington from William Neville, 4th Earl of Abergavenny, for lives of George Warmington, 33, William Warmington, 24 and Elizabeth Keen (nee Warmington) wife of Samuel. 1866 Death of John Warmington and Administration granted to eldest son Henry. March 1888 Legacy Duty receipt in re £25 due to Mary Hemming, sister of Thomas Vincent, paid by Elias Davis, executor of James Vincent, deceased, sole executor of said Thomas. 1905 Memorandum re documents of title to property at Tiddington devised under will of James Vincent, dated 1883, to Mrs. Fanny Chandler and 2 messuages in Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon, devised to Mrs. Ellen Davis, who has sold one to Mrs. Sarah Flower.
