The graveyard of Holy Trinity Church, Stratford-upon-Avon - a survey

Description

Photographic survey of graves compiled by local residents Valerie Thompson and Vivien Hefferman to augment the graveyard survey carried out by pupils of Stratford-upon-Avon Grammar School for Girls in 1978. The photographic survey is indexed by the grave numbers assigned in the original graveyard survey and plans created by the school pupils. The survey file comprises:
- notes
- index of legible surnames
- general images of the graveyard, mainly from Victorian and Edwardian times
- sections A-H, kerbs and miscellany
- the record for each of these sections includes: plan of the section; name/dates/ages recorded in the survey; notes compiled during photography; photographs
- inscriptions
