Understands by his letter directed to Mr. Alderman that Sir Edward Grevile has paid only £40, but to whom it is paid he knows not, but only that £10 is paid to Mr. John Weston at the sign of the King's Head in Watling Street, and other observations on the same business, 13 November, 1598. "Iff ther bee any cloeth for mee to bee sent downe, send it by Edward Bromly," note endorsed
