Description

Lease for five years from Manley C. Ashwin to Mark Walker of Tysoe and Arthur Spencer Walker of Stratford, corn merchants, carrying on a business at Stratford, called Mark Walker Son, of two rooms or offices on the ground and first floors and the entrance hall etc., of property in Union St on the north side of the premises occupied by the S. W. Warwickshire Conservative Association and formerly part of a warehouse etc., in the occupation of MCA, 28th September 1894. Agreement for tenancy from Frances A. Ashwin, spinster, Isabel M. Broad, wife of Herbert Broad, Alice Maud Ashwin, spinster, Manley H. Ashwin, corn merchant, and Herbert Broad, coal merchant, all of Stratford, and Emily Cormell James of Bishopston, Bristol, wife of John A. James of the same place, surgeon, to Eric Baildham of "Banovallum", Alcester Road, Stratford, ironmonger, of two rooms on the ground and first floors of the warehouse and premises in Union St, recently in the occupation of Frank A. Burchell, 8th May 1935.
