Also included is a dedication by Peter Brook to the Za Branou Theatre, Prague and its director Otomar Krejca.
Added to this is a dedication to Glynne Lewis, an original 'Dream' cast member.

Both items are marked '26/12/1972 - 06/01/1973'

The cast list is stamped with accession number S1386 and is embossed with the stamp of the RST Library.

The programme's provenance is unclear. It has neither an accession number stamp, nor an RST Library stamp. It is presumed to have been interleaved into the main RSC programme series at some stage, to fill a gap in the existing sequence.
