Description

Draft conveyance from the Rev. H.C. Knight of Leamington clerk to James Salt of Ullenhall publican and his trustee Edwin Eugene Whitaker of Lincolns Inn Fields co. Middx. gent., reciting the conveyance dated 24 June 1857 from John Bullar and W.F. Beadon to H.C. Knight, and an agreement to purchase between James Salt and H.C. Knight, in consideration of the sum of £250, of the messuage and premises known as the Spur inn, Ullenhall, fronting the road from Beoley to Henley-in-Arden and then in James Salt's occupation, to hold to the said James Salt to such uses as he should specify and failing any such, to the use of E.E. Whitaker in trust for James Salt; the latter declared against entitlement of his wife to dower. Sketch-plan annexed.
