Copy declaration of the Rev. Henry Charles Knight of Cadogan Place, Eaton Square co. Middx. clerk that he was the eldest surviving son of the late Robert Knight esq. who was tenant for life of `The Barrels' estate in cos. Warwick and Worcester under the will of the late Robert earl of Catherlough, that he had all his life publicly professed the Protestant religion and was in fact a clergyman of the Church of England, and that he had, prior to the death of his father on 5 January 1855 and since that time to the present, borne and used the surname Knight and the coat of arms borne and used by the said Robert earl of Catherlough.
