Settlement

Description

Draft settlement on the marriage of Thomas Lapworth the younger and Mary Badcock, being an agreement between Thomas Lapworth the elder of Ethorpe, yeoman, of the one part and Thomas Lapworth the younger, Robert Lapworth of Princethorpe, father-in-law of the said Mary Badcock, and Henry Clawberd of Burdingbury or Burberrye, yeoman, of the other part whereby the said Thomas Lapworth the younger and the said Mary Badcock may dwell with him, Thomas Lapworth the elder, at his own cost and charges.
