Description

Gift from James de Clynton' lord of Baddesl' to Nicholas son of Adam clerk of Baddesl' of one acre of waste land in Baddesle lying next to the land which William de Donemor held of the said James in the same waste land, and extending in length from the Morwey as far as the land held by Thomas de la le and Alice his wife. To hold the same freely to the said Nicholas and his heirs for ever, except monks or Jews, rendering annually 3d. at the two terms, that is 1 1/2 d. at the feast of St. Andrew the Apostle, and 1 1/2 d. at the feast of St. Peter ad vincula, in lieu of all services and demands.
