Quitclaim from William son and heir of the late Gilbert Thursteyn of Baddisleye Clyntone to James de Clynton' of Baddisle of lands, tenements, rents, meadows, woods, hedges, ditches and appurtenances inherited by the said William in Baddisleye Clynton' upon the death of Gilbert his father. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Sealing clause. Witnesses: William de Wolfrynton', John atte Wodeghate, John Pesham, Thomas de Baddisle, William de Morleye [Morney see DR3/24] and others. Given at Baddesleye Sunday on the feast of the Holy Trinity 13 Edward II [25 May 1320]. Circular seal of brown wax on tag. 1 in. A double headed eagle displayed.
