Gift from Richard Palmer' passenger' of Couentr' to Master Simon Bache clerk, Hugh Freman of Tomworth, William Palmer', Thomas Palmer' and John Palmer of lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, feedings, woods, hedges, ditches and appurtenances in Baddesley Clynton' and Rowynton', which the said Richard held by the gift and feoffment of Edward Metteley and Margaret his wife. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Sealing clause. Witnesses: John Godman; Thomas Harper'; Walter Slye and many others.
