Warwick] of William Warnere to be his attorney to deliver seisin to Simon Bythewode of Rowynton' of lands and tenements with meadows, pastures, feedings, woods, hedges, ditches and appurtenances in Baddesleye Clynton' and Rowynton' formerly belonging to John Combe the elder and Thomas Harpere the elder as set out in the charter of feoffment from the said William Barwell' to the said Simon.
