Conveyance from Thomas Waring of Warwick ropemaker to William Smith of Warwick accountant of a cottage, garden, orchard and appurtenances in Rowington in the successive occupation of Richard Staples, William Eden, William Jordin, Michael Wright and then of Thomas Woodward, with two other cottages adjoining the said cottages formerly in the occupation of Richard Wright and Charles Smitten but then of Joseph Woodward and William Harrison.
