Description

Gift from John Burdet brother and heir of Robert Burdet, lately lord of Baddesley Clynton', to John Baxter, John Sperman, John Walker chaplains and John Brom' of lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, with meadows, pastures, feedings and appurtenances in Baddisley. To hold the same to the said grantees and the heirs of the said John Brom' for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause. Witnesses: Nicholas Rody, Bailiff of Warr'; William Elys, Master of the Gild of Holy Trinity and St. George of Warr'; William Hopkyns of Warr'; John Maiell of the same; John Yerdeley of the same and many others.
