Bond from John Greve of Kyngesnorton' co. Worcester [now Birmingham] yeoman and Joan widow of Thomas Greve to Richard Orschaw of Baddusley Clynton husbandman in the penal sum of £20, whereby the said John Greve was to make an estate to the said Richard of lands and tenements in Baddusley Clynton according to the charter made between the said parties, free from any claim of the said John and Joan. Given 1 April 10 Henry VII [1495]. Two circular seals of red wax placed tandemwise on one tongue. 1/2 in. 1. ?A portcullis, incomplete. 2. ?A pelican in her piety.
