Description

Gift from Edmund Wyndesore esq., Christopher Broume esq. and Thomas Hawes gent., reciting that they had received seisin from Edward Ferrers of Baddysley esq. of the manor of Fyssherton Ager with lands and appurtenances co. Wilts. from which at the request of the said Edward they gave to Edward Ferrers the younger gent., son of the said Edward, an annual rent of £10. To hold the same from the date when the said Edward Ferrers the younger reached the age of 21 years for the term of his life, the said Edward the younger to have the right of distraint upon the said manor if the said rent was not paid, but not upon the goods of the said grantors. 7 September 5 Elizabeth [1563].
