Mortgage by Robert Wilkes late of Washford in the parish of Studley, co. Warwick, but then of Redditch, co. Worcs., needle manufacturer, and Richard Boddington of Alcester, same county, butcher, his mortgagee by a previous arrangement to John Hancocks of Wolverley Court, co. Worcs., esq., and Thomas Millichap of Hartlebury, same county, farmer, in consideration of £100 paid to Richard Boddington by Robert Wilkes and £400 by John Hancocks and Thomas Millichap of a piece of land called Broad Meadow and tithes in Studley.
