Lease and release, the release being a mortgage from William Smith of New Milman Street, co. Middx., esq., Elizabeth Smith of Moreton Hall, in the parish of Inkberrow, co. Worcs., widow, and mother of the said William Smith and the Reverend Thomas Ashfield of Evesham, co. Worcs., as surviving trustee under a deed of trust dated 7 April 1797 to Elizabeth Pennyman of Rise Cottage near Dawlish, co. Devon, spinster, reciting DR 36/90, of lands and hereditaments at Littlewood Green in the parish of Studley to secure £500. Signed: Willm: Smith, Elizth Smith, with seals. Witnesses: 1.
