Description
Conveyance from Sir Francis Lawley of Middleton Hall, bart., to James Cox of Stratford-upon-Avon, timber-merchant, for £84, of a piece of land fronting Mulberry Street, containing 734 square yards, part of a close called Shop Ground, formerly occupied with the White Lion Inn in Henley Street. Earlier deeds concerning the White Lion recited, from 1822.
