Description
Lease and release by William Tibbatts of Harborne, co. Stafford, butcher, and Mary his wife to Mary Clarke of Studley, co. Warwick, widow, for £745 of a messuage called Black Hall and lands in Studley, with covenant to levy a fine thereof. Signed: Wm: Tibbatts, Mary Tibbatts by her mark, with seals. Witnesses: 1. Ambrose P. Mainwaring, Joseph Tyndall Pitt; 2. Clement Tibbatts.
