Description

Indentures of lease and release, the release being a conveyance by John Oldfield of the parish of St. Clements Danes, co. Middx., gent., and Charles Knottesford, late of the borough of Warwick but then of Studley, co. Warwick, esq., son and heir of Charles Knottesford late of Edgiock, co. Worcs., esq., deceased, to John Brandis of Alcester, co. Warwick., chandler, in consideration of £150 apiece of two tofts whereon houses lately stood and adjoining grounds in the parish of Studley.
