Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Perkins of Ipsley, co. Warwick., tanner (son and heir of Francis Perkins late of Studley, same county, needlemaker, deceased) to John Holbech of Alcester, same county, innholder, for £400 of a messuage, a little house and several closes in Studley. Signed: Thomas Perkins, with seal. Witnesses: Cha: Higgs, Henry Moreton by his mark.
