Description
Surrender by Harry Moore of Studley, co. Warwick, miller to Robert Knight of Barrels House, same county, esq., reciting DR 36/44 of the lease thereby granted of a messuage, water-mill and lands in Studley, in consideration of one guinea a week to be paid to the said Harry Moore during his life. Signed: Harry Moore by his mark, with seal (signature of Robert Knight and seal cut out). Witnesses: Robt: Bartlam, Wm: Holmes.
