Counterpart of lease by Robert Knight of Barrels House, co. Warwick, esq., to Harry Moore of Studley, same county, miller and after his decease to William Cooke of the same, miller, of a messuage, water corn mill and lands in Studley for 21 years at a rent of £50 a year.
