Description
Declaration by Henry Hand of London Street in the city of London clerk to William Murray of the same, gent., solicitor of Sir Francis Lyttelton Holyoake Goodricke, that he was unable to find indentures dated 10 and 11 December 1813 being a conveyance by George Wingfield Sparrow and William Wingfield to Francis Holyoake of property known as Chester('s) cottage in Studley.
