Lease and release, the release being a mortgage by Robert Wilkes of Washford in the parish of Studley, co. Warwick, needlemanufacturer, to Richard Boddington of Alcester, same county, butcher, for £500 of a piece of meadow land called Broad Meadow in the parish of Studley. Signed: Robt: Wilkes with seal.
