Case for the opinion of Counsel re the ability of Thomas Dormer to settle to uses lands devised by his father Sir Michael Dormer to his four younger sons viz: Jeffery, John, Ambrose and William and agreed between them, 22 Oct 1545 to be settled on him in trust. Since that date 'the Prince' has been found to have title in a third.
