Probate of the will of Richard Hastings of Alveston, yeoman, dated 24 June 1709, bequeathing to his son, Richard Hastings, £160, to the poor of Alveston 40 shillings, and to his son William Hastings, whom he appoints as executor, the residue of his real and personal estate.
